Groups

 

Groups provide support, in part, by offering individuals the opportunity to connect with others who are facing similar issues and to provide a forum for members to share their experiences and challenges. Additionally, the group structure facilitates positive growth for individual participants.

New groups begin every six weeks.  For more information, please contact me by phone, text or email.  Current group topics include:
